Alpha Xi Delta has been partnered with Autism Speaks since 2009. Since then, nationally we have raised over 2.5 million dollars that goes towards awareness, family services, research, and advocacy. Alpha Xi Delta hold events every semester in support of Austism Speaks so keep an eye out for our event dates!

Autism Awareness Month
​ April is the Autism Awarenss month. To show
our support each sister wears Autism Speaks blue and displays the puzzle piece symbol. The most important day of the month is April 2nd, Light it Up Blue day. From the Sydney Opera house in Australia to our Nation's capitol...monuments, buildings, fountains etc. everywhere are lit up to show support!
The AmaXIng Challenge
The AmaXIing Challenge is a week long fundraiser held during Spring semester, in which teams enter and participate in daily events. The final events include a multi-task obstacle course and a skit. Xi Man, Xi Women and overall winners are chosen based on money raised, spirit shown, and overall participation.
Fall Philanthropy
Our Fall philanthropy efforts consist of events such as bake sales and raising awareness through campus. All of these smaller events have been very successful in developing interest in our Spring philanthropy week.
